Completing Onboarding

When you first sign up for Rheos, you'll complete a three-step onboarding wizard that sets up your account and brand profile. This guide walks you through each step.

Step 1: Profile Setup

The first step collects your basic information and brand details:

  1. Enter your name

  2. Enter your company name

  3. Choose how to define your business:

    • Website URL – Rheos will analyze your site automatically

    • Manual entry – Describe your business, audience, and industry

  4. Click Continue

Providing a website triggers automatic brand analysis, which helps AI generate more on-brand content from the start.

The second step covers legal agreements:

  1. Review the Terms of Service

  2. Check the box: "I agree to the Terms and consent to automated brand analysis"

  3. Click Continue

By accepting, you allow Rheos to analyze your brand (if you provided a website) and use AI to generate content recommendations.

Step 3: Social Connections

The final step lets you connect social media accounts:

Instagram:

  1. Enter your Instagram handle (without the @ symbol)

  2. Click Submit Handle

  3. You'll see: "Instagram handle submitted! We'll enable your account shortly."

LinkedIn:

  1. Click Connect to authorize LinkedIn

  2. Complete the OAuth flow in the popup window

  3. Return to see "Connected" status

You can skip social connections during onboarding by clicking Setup later. Connect accounts anytime from Settings > Integrations.

Finishing Up

After completing or skipping social connections:

  1. Click Finish Setup or Go to Dashboard

  2. You'll land on your main Dashboard

  3. If prompted, complete your Identity section for deeper brand customization

The dashboard may show a prompt: "Complete Identity" to encourage finishing your brand setup.

Common Issues

Validation errors:

  • "Please enter your name" – Name field is required

  • "Please enter your company name" – Company field is required

  • Form won't submit if required fields are empty

Instagram submission:

  • Instagram connection requires manual approval from the Rheos team

  • You'll receive a notification when your account is enabled

  • This process typically takes 1-2 business days

You cannot publish to Instagram until your handle is approved, but you can create and schedule posts in advance.

What Happens Next

After onboarding, Rheos:

  • Creates your organization workspace

  • Runs brand analysis (if you provided a website)

  • Sets up your Library and Studio

  • Prepares your account for content creation

You'll see a confirmation: "Organisation created!"

Next Steps

Now that onboarding is complete:

  • Explore the dashboard and navigation

  • Create your first project

  • Upload existing brand assets to Library

  • Generate your first AI image in Studio
