Getting started

Managing Your Asset Library

The Library is your central repository for all media assets—images, videos, audio, documents, and saved posts. It's where you store, organize, and access content for use across Rheos.

What's in the Library

Your Library contains:

  • Uploaded files – Photos, videos, audio, and documents you add manually

  • AI generations – Images saved from Studio sessions

  • Saved posts – Post drafts stored as assets

  • Imported content – Files from Google Drive, OneDrive, or other integrations

All assets are stored permanently and can be reused across multiple projects and posts.

Uploading Assets

There are several ways to add content to your Library:

Drag and drop:

  1. Navigate to Library

  2. Drag files from your computer into the browser window

  3. You'll see: "Drop files to upload"

  4. Release to upload

Upload button:

  1. Click the + button in the Library toolbar

  2. Choose from the dropdown:

    • Upload Files – Select individual files

    • Upload Folder – Upload an entire folder structure

    • Import from Google Drive

    • Import from OneDrive

    • Import from Canva (Soon) – Coming soon

  3. Select files and confirm upload

Uploading folders preserves your file organization. Rheos will recreate the folder structure in your Library.

Viewing Your Library

The Library offers flexible viewing options:

  • Grid view – Thumbnail grid with preview images

  • List view – Detailed list with file information

  • Zoom levels – Adjust thumbnail size for comfortable browsing

Use the toolbar buttons to switch views and zoom level.

Finding Assets

Locate content quickly with these features:

Search: Type keywords to search asset names, tags, and descriptions

Filters: Narrow by file type, project, date, favorites, or tags

Folders: Browse using folder structure and breadcrumb navigation

Projects: Filter to show only assets linked to specific campaigns

Asset Information

Each asset shows:

  • Thumbnail preview

  • File name

  • File type (image, video, audio, document, post)

  • Processing status (if still uploading or processing)

  • Associated projects and folders

  • Tags and descriptions

  • Usage tracking (where the asset has been used)

Empty Library State

When your Library is empty, you'll see a prompt encouraging you to add content. This typically includes a message like "Your library is empty..." with instructions to upload or generate content.

Start by uploading existing brand assets like logos, product photos, and brand colors. These help AI Studio generate more on-brand content.

Asset Actions

Right-click an asset or use the context menu to:

  • Rename – Change the asset name

  • Add to Project – Associate with campaigns

  • Move to Folder – Organize into folders

  • Add Tags – Label for easier searching

  • Mark as Favorite – Star important assets

  • Download – Save to your computer

  • Delete – Remove from Library

Processing Status

When you upload files, Rheos may process them for optimization:

  • Uploading – File transfer in progress

  • Processing – Generating thumbnails, extracting metadata

  • Ready – Asset fully processed and available

  • AI analyzing – Running AI analysis on content (for images)

Processing typically completes within seconds for images and a few minutes for videos.

Don't close your browser during uploads. Large files may take time to transfer and process.
