Getting Started with Rheos

Rheos is an AI-powered platform that helps you create, manage, and publish on-brand social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn. This guide will walk you through your first steps.

What You Can Do with Rheos

Rheos provides a complete workflow for social media content creation:

  • AI Studio – Generate on-brand images and content using AI

  • Library – Store and organize all your media assets

  • Projects – Group content by campaign or initiative

  • Posts – Create, schedule, and publish to Instagram and LinkedIn

  • Identity – Define your brand voice and visual style

Your First Steps

When you first sign up, you'll complete a quick onboarding flow:

  1. Profile Setup – Add your name and company details

  2. Terms – Review and accept the terms of service

  3. Social Connections – Connect your Instagram handle and LinkedIn account (optional, you can set up later)

Once onboarding is complete, click Go to Dashboard to access your workspace.

You can connect social accounts later from Settings > Integrations if you skip this step during onboarding.

Understanding the Dashboard

The sidebar navigation gives you access to all features:

  • Dashboard – Overview and analytics

  • Identity – Your brand settings and voice

  • Posts – Manage and schedule social posts

  • Projects – Campaign organization

  • Library – Asset management

  • Studio – AI content generation

  • Create – Quick access to create new content

On mobile, the bottom navigation shows Dashboard, Identity, Library, and Studio, with a central Create button for quick access.

Typical Workflow

Most users follow this pattern:

  1. Create a Project – Set up a campaign to organize your content

  2. Generate Content – Use AI Studio to create images with prompts

  3. Save to Library – Add your favorite generations as permanent assets

  4. Create Posts – Turn your assets into scheduled social media posts

  5. Publish – Send content to Instagram and LinkedIn

Before you can publish, you'll need to connect at least one social account in Settings > Integrations.

Quick Tips

  • Start with one project to keep your first campaign organized

  • Upload existing brand assets to Library before generating AI content for better results

  • Like generations in Studio to build a curated collection before saving to Library

  • Use the Create button for quick access to new content generation
