Getting started

Organizing Content by Project

Once you've created projects, you can link assets, sessions, and posts to them for organized campaign management. This guide shows you how to associate content with projects throughout Rheos.

Adding Assets to Projects

From the Library, you can assign assets to one or more projects:

  1. Navigate to Library

  2. Select the assets you want to organize (click to select, or use multiselect)

  3. Right-click or use the context menu

  4. Choose Add to Project

  5. Select the project(s) to associate

Assets can belong to multiple projects if they're useful across campaigns.

Use projects to filter your Library view. This shows only assets associated with a specific campaign, making it easier to find relevant content.

Linking Studio Sessions to Projects

When creating AI content in Studio, you can link sessions to projects:

  1. Start a new generation session in Studio

  2. Look for project selection during session setup

  3. Choose the relevant project

  4. Generate content – it will be associated with the project

This helps you track which AI generations belong to which campaign.

Tagging Posts with Projects

When creating social media posts, associate them with projects:

  1. Create a new post from the Posts page

  2. In the post editor, find the project selector

  3. Choose the campaign this post belongs to

  4. Complete and schedule your post

Tagged posts appear in project dashboards and help you track campaign content output.

Viewing Project Content

To see all content associated with a project:

  1. Navigate to Projects

  2. Click on the project you want to review

  3. View associated assets, sessions, and posts

Project post counts update automatically (e.g., "3 posts" shown on the project card).

Creating Project-Specific Folders

You can create folders within campaigns for deeper organization:

  1. Open a project

  2. Create folders specific to that campaign

  3. Organize assets within campaign folders

These folders are separate from your main Library folders and only appear when viewing that project.

Campaign folders help you organize content within large projects. For example, a product launch might have folders for "Product Photos", "Testimonials", and "Behind the Scenes".

Bulk Project Assignment

To assign multiple assets to a project at once:

  1. In Library, use multiselect to choose multiple assets

  2. Use the selection toolbar (appears when items are selected)

  3. Choose the bulk "Add to Project" option

  4. Select the target project

All selected assets will be associated with the project in one action.

Removing Content from Projects

To unlink content from a project:

  1. Open the asset, session, or post

  2. Find the project associations

  3. Remove the project tag or assignment

  4. Save your changes

The content remains in your Library/Studio/Posts but is no longer associated with that campaign.

Removing a project association doesn't delete the content—it only removes the organizational link.

Project Organization Best Practices

  • Link as you create – Assign projects when generating or uploading content

  • Use consistent naming – Make project names clear so they're easy to select

  • Review regularly – Check project associations to ensure content is properly organized

  • Archive completed projects – Keep your active list focused on current campaigns
