Understanding the Dashboard
The Rheos dashboard is your command center for creating and managing social media content. This guide explains the main navigation and how to find what you need.
Main Navigation
The sidebar (desktop) or bottom bar (mobile) provides access to all features:
Dashboard – Overview, analytics, and recent activity
Identity – Brand voice, style guidelines, and visual identity
Posts – Create, schedule, and manage social media posts
Projects – Campaign and content organization
Library – Media asset storage and management
Studio – AI-powered content generation workspace
Create – Quick content creation shortcut
The Create button (highlighted in purple) gives instant access to content generation from anywhere in the app.
Mobile Navigation
On mobile devices, the bottom navigation shows four key areas:
Dashboard (left)
Identity (left-center)
Library (right-center)
Studio (right)
The center button with a + icon opens the Create flow for quick content generation.
Settings Access
Settings aren't in the main sidebar. Access them from your profile menu or by navigating directly to the settings URL.
Settings include these sections:
General – Profile and organization details
Integrations – Social media account connections
Team – User management and collaboration
Notifications – Alert preferences
Billing – Subscription and usage
Security – Account security settings
Quick Links
At the bottom of the sidebar, you'll find Quick Links. This collapsible section lets you pin frequently used items for faster access.
Drag items into the Quick Links area to pin them. When empty, you'll see: "Drag items here to pin."
Dashboard Overview Section
The main Dashboard page typically shows:
Recent activity and content performance
Quick stats on engagement and reach

Calendar view of upcoming scheduled posts
The Dashboard gives you a high-level view of your content strategy and performance at a glance.
