Creating Your First AI Image

Rheos creates professional images for your social media posts using AI. Just describe what you want, and the platform generates options for you to choose from.

Before you begin: Upload a few of your brand photos to Library first. This helps the AI match your visual style.

Starting a New Image

Click the purple Create button in the sidebar, or go to Studio and click Create Content.

Choose your platform:

  • Instagram – Square format images for Instagram posts

  • LinkedIn Post – Professional format for LinkedIn

Describing What You Want

In the prompt box, describe the image you need in simple, everyday language:

Good examples:

  • "Coffee mug on a desk with morning light"

  • "Team meeting in a modern office"

  • "Product photo on a clean white background"

  • "Laptop and notebook on a wooden table"

Write like you're asking a colleague to take a photo for you.

Keep it simple. One clear sentence usually works better than long, complicated descriptions.

Generating Your Image

  1. Type your description

  2. Make sure Instagram or LinkedIn is selected

  3. Click Continue

  4. Wait 10-30 seconds while the AI creates your image

The AI will generate an image based on your description.

Reviewing the Result

When your image appears:

  • Like it? Click the heart icon to save it to your favorites

  • Want to try again? Change your description slightly and generate another version

  • Need options? Generate a few different versions and pick the best one

You can generate multiple images and compare them before deciding which to use.

Saving Images You Like

Liked images are saved temporarily so you can review them later. To keep an image permanently:

  1. Select the image

  2. Click Add to Library

  3. Choose which project/folder to save it in

  4. Click confirm

Now the image is saved in your Library and ready to use in posts.

Each generation uses credits from your account. Like images first, then decide which ones to save - this uses credits more efficiently.

Using Your Brand Style

If you've uploaded brand photos to your Library, you can use them as references:

  1. When creating an image, click to add context assets

  2. Select 2-3 of your brand photos from Library

  3. Generate as usual

The AI will create images that match the style of your reference photos.

Common Image Types

Product photos: "Photo of [product] on a [surface], clean and professional"

Workplace scenes: "Modern office space with [description]"

Lifestyle images: "Person [doing activity], natural and casual"

Graphics: "Simple graphic for [topic], clean design"

What Uses Credits

You use credits when you generate an image, not when you like or save it. Check your credit balance in Settings > Billing.

If you're running low on credits:

  • Generate fewer test versions

  • Describe exactly what you need to get it right faster

  • Upgrade your plan for more monthly credits

Troubleshooting

"Please enter a prompt and select a platform" Make sure you've typed a description and chosen Instagram or LinkedIn.

Image doesn't match what you wanted Try describing it differently or adding more detail about the setting, lighting, or mood.

Generation is taking a long time This usually takes 10-30 seconds. Check your internet connection and wait a bit longer.
